Interpreter Use & Legal Requirements: Language support tools such as the Language Vault™, Flash-Phrase Cards™, Template Note Generator™, and SmartForm Generator™ are not substitutes for certified medical interpreters. It is the provider’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and institutional regulations regarding language access. These tools are intended to supplement, not replace, interpreter services where required.

Customization & Documentation Risk: All documentation tools — including SmartForms™, SOAP templates, and multilingual handouts — must be edited and reviewed by the clinician to reflect the actual patient encounter. Use of generic, pre-written language without appropriate clinical customization may result in non-compliant or inaccurate records and could increase audit risk. Cliniglot does not guarantee audit outcomes or reimbursement decisions.

HIPAA, Security, & Data Storage: Cliniglot does not store or process protected health information (PHI). All note generation, dictation shortcuts, and downloadable templates are intended for offline or local use by the clinician. Users are solely responsible for ensuring HIPAA compliance in their own environments, including how they store, transmit, and protect any files, transcripts, or documentation generated using Cliniglot tools.

Revenue, Compliance & Audit Tools: Resources such as the Compliance & Revenue Toolkits™, Interpreter Audit Engine™, and Concierge Chart Reviews are intended to support documentation quality and workflow efficiency. These do not constitute legal, billing, or regulatory advice. While they are designed to reduce common errors, Cliniglot makes no representations or warranties regarding regulatory audit results, payer determinations, or licensure reviews.

Language Training & Performance: The Medical Spanish Accelerator™ and associated coaching content are educational in nature. Language proficiency outcomes vary based on user engagement, prior knowledge, and practice habits. No guarantee is made regarding fluency, clinical accuracy, or patient satisfaction.

Gamified Patient Education: The Gamified Patient Education™ tool is designed to improve patient understanding through interactive resources. These games are supplemental educational materials and should not be used as a sole source of patient instruction, especially in critical or high-risk clinical situations.

Access Terms & Renewals: All PRO plans include 12-month access to bonus services including biweekly coaching, replay vault access, masterclasses, template updates, and interpreter reviews. After 12 months, optional renewal may be required to retain access to these bonus features. Base tools such as the Template Note Generator™, Language Vault™, and SmartForm Generator™ are included with all PRO subscriptions for the duration of the active plan term.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cliniglot HUB™ platform, including all features, tools, downloads, websites, mobile-accessible materials, and services (“Services”) offered by Cliniglot (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any portion of the Services, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Cliniglot.

1. Eligibility to Use

Cliniglot is designed for use by licensed healthcare professionals, allied health staff, clinical students, and administrative personnel. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Cliniglot tools aligns with your training, clinical privileges, licensure, and local institutional or regulatory policies.

2. Purpose of Platform

Cliniglot provides educational tools, multilingual documentation aids, workflow shortcuts, and risk-reduction templates. These tools — including the Template Note Generator™, Language Vault™, Medical Spanish Accelerator™, Compliance & Revenue Toolkits™, SmartForm Generator™, and Gamified Patient Education™ — are designed to support, not replace, professional clinical judgment, certified interpretation services, or legal advice.

3. HIPAA, Privacy, & Security

Cliniglot does not collect, store, or transmit protected health information (PHI). All files and outputs are generated and stored locally by the user. It is your responsibility to use Cliniglot in compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and any applicable local privacy or security regulations. You are solely responsible for how any generated data is stored, shared, or used.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software code, visual materials, templates, phrases, and workflows are the intellectual property of Cliniglot and are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, license, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform without prior written consent from Cliniglot.

5. Subscriptions, Access, and Renewal Terms

• PRO Quarterly Plan ($497/quarter): Includes full access to all current features during the active billing period. No long-term commitment required.
• PRO Yearly Plan ($1,497/year): Includes all quarterly features plus early access to new tools, bonus masterclasses, priority support, and loyalty rewards. Renews annually unless canceled.
• Renewal: Bonus features such as coaching, content drops, interpreter reviews, and compliance audits are available for 12 months and may require renewal to maintain access.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of original purchase. Beyond this period, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misrepresent or misuse Cliniglot tools, including but not limited to: passing templates off as original clinical documentation without proper review, claiming tools as certified medical interpretation, or using educational materials as standalone diagnostic or therapeutic resources. Misuse may result in account termination and legal referral if applicable.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Cliniglot makes no guarantees regarding clinical outcomes, audit protection, reimbursement changes, or fluency results. All services are offered “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cliniglot disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use, misuse, or inability to use the platform or any of its components.

8. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in this section and apply prospectively. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Cliniglot shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
