This policy applies to all offerings, including but not limited to courses, workshops, training programs, memberships, software access, and coaching calls (collectively, "Products and Services").
By purchasing any Products and Services from Cliniglot, you ("Client," "Customer," or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, as well as our full Terms and Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Your purchase signifies your acceptance of these terms.

2. Refund Policies by Product/Service Type
2.1. Medical Spanish Accelerator (One-Time Purchase - $699)
- **14-Day, No-Questions-Asked Guarantee:** For the Medical Spanish Accelerator, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within **fourteen (14) calendar days** from the date of your initial purchase.
- **How to Request a Refund:** To initiate a refund, you must send an email to info@cliniglot.com AND text 908-679-9295 within the 14-day refund window. Please include your name, the email address associated with your purchase, and the date of purchase. No specific reason or proof of progress is required for this guarantee.
- **Refund Processing:** Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date the refund request is approved. Access to the Medical Spanish Accelerator will be revoked upon refund processing.
- **After 14 Days:** **ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER THE 14-DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD HAS EXPIRED.** No partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for the Medical Spanish Accelerator after this period.
2.2. Multilingual Practice Accelerator – Quarterly Subscription ($597 Quarterly)
- **Subscription-Based Service:** The Multilingual Practice Accelerator is a subscription service, billed quarterly. Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
- **Cancellation Policy:** You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@cliniglot.com or through your account dashboard (if available). To avoid being charged for the next quarter, your cancellation request must be received **before the start of your next quarterly billing cycle.**
- **No Refunds for Current Quarter:** **WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR THE CURRENT QUARTER'S SUBSCRIPTION FEE IF YOU CANCEL MID-CYCLE.** Upon cancellation, your access to the Multilingual Practice Accelerator Services will continue until the end of your current paid quarterly period, and then terminate.
- **No Pro-Rated Refunds:** We do not provide pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of a quarterly subscription.
2.3. Free Previews:
Any "Free Preview" offerings are provided without charge and are not eligible for a refund, as no purchase was made.
3. Chargeback Policy
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and resolving any concerns you may have regarding our Products and Services. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we strongly encourage you to contact us first.

- **Unauthorized Chargebacks:** Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Cliniglot is a violation of these Terms and this Refund Policy.
- **Consequences of Unwarranted Chargebacks:** Cliniglot reserves the right to dispute any unwarranted chargebacks. Such actions may lead to:
- Immediate termination of your access to all Cliniglot Products and Services, with no refund.
- Reporting of the chargeback to credit bureaus, which could negatively impact your credit score.
- Reporting of fraudulent activities to appropriate legal authorities.
- Pursuit of legal action to recover amounts owed, including chargeback fees, collection costs, and legal expenses.
